1. Application
This Order applies to the Victoria Harbour (Phase Three) Water Control Zone.
2. Appointed days
The day appointed—
(a)
under section 7(2) of the Ordinance is 1 April 1996; and
(b)
under section 7(3) of the Ordinance is 1 December 1996.
