1. Declaration of Victoria Harbour (Phase Three) Water Control Zone
That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Victoria Harbour (Phase Three) Water Control Zone.
