Arbitration (Parties to New York Convention) Order

Editorial Note: This Order was originally made under the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 341). Though that Ordinance was repealed, this Order continues in force so far as it is not inconsistent with the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 609) and has the like effect for all purposes as if made under Cap. 609. (See section 110 of Cap. 609)

1. Citation

This order may be cited as the Arbitration (Parties to New York Convention) Order.

2. Declaration of Parties to New York Convention

The States or territories specified in the Schedule are hereby declared to be parties to the New York Convention.
