Part 1 — Preliminary

2. Interpretation
In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires—
special permit (特別許可證) means a permit issued only in respect of one or more specified chemicals; specified chemical (指明化學品) means a scheduled chemical that is, or is a part of, a transhipment cargo or article in transit within the meaning of section 2 of the Import and Export Ordinance (Cap. 60).Part 2 — Fees Payable for Purposes of Ordinance
3. Fees
The fee specified in column 3 of the Schedule is prescribed in respect of the matter described opposite to that fee in column 2 of the Schedule.
