2. Interpretation
In this Regulation—
gross floor area (總樓面面積) means the floor area contained within the external walls of the building measured at each floor level (including any floor below the level of the ground, and any roof used for karaoke), together with the area of each balcony in the building, which shall be calculated from the overall dimensions of the balcony (including the thickness of the sides thereof), and the thickness of the external walls of the building.3. Fees
The fee to be charged for a matter specified in column 2 of the Schedule is the fee specified opposite to it in column 3.
Editorial Note:The fees to be charged under this section are subject to certain concessions within the following periods—(a)1 June 2003 to 31 May 2004 (please see the Karaoke Establishments (Fee Concessions) Regulation 2003 (L.N. 137 of 2003)); and(b)1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010 (please see the Karaoke Establishments (Fee Concessions) Regulation 2009 (L.N. 135 of 2009).
