2. Fees
The fee specified in column 3 of the Schedule shall be payable to the Registrar in respect of the matter specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
3. Application of items 2, 4 and 6 of Schedule as amended
(1)
Item 2 of the Schedule as amended by section 4(3) of the amending Rules applies to an application made on or after 1 January 2018 for a correct copy of an entry in the register.
(2)
Item 4 of the Schedule as amended by section 4(5) of the amending Rules applies to—
(a)
a specified period that begins on or after 1 January 2018; or
(b)
a part of a specified period that begins on or after 1 January 2018.
(3)
Item 6(a) and (b) of the Schedule as amended by section 4(8) and (9) of the amending Rules applies to—
(a)
a specified period that begins on or after 1 January 2018; or
(b)
a part of a specified period that begins on or after 1 January 2018.
(4)
In this section—
amending Rules (《修訂規則》) means the Occupational Retirement Schemes (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2017 (L.N. 43 of 2017); (E.R. 4 of 2018) specified period (指明期間)—(a)for subsection (2)—means the period of 12 months described in section 9(1)(a) of the Ordinance; and(b)for subsection (3)—means the period of 12 months described in section 28(1)(a) of the Ordinance.Schedule — Fees
