The owner of premises used for the conduct of any of the specified processes listed in Schedule 1 shall give to the Authority a written notice, containing the particulars and information specified in the form set out in Schedule 2, of the existence of the premises.

(2) All emission points and processes/equipment, including air pollution control equipment, associated with each emission point, must be identified and labelled with consistent reference numbers.
