1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Air Pollution Control (Air Control Zones) (Declaration) (Consolidation) Order.
2. Declaration of air control zones
It is declared that those parts of Hong Kong more particularly described in Schedules 1 to 10 shall be air control zones to be known as the air control zone named in each schedule respectively.
Schedule 1 — Harbour Air Control Zone
[para. 2]The area delineated and bounded by a blue line on a map numbered TWM 2223, signed by the Secretary for Health and Welfare on 4 December 1986 and deposited in the Land Registry.
Schedule 2 — Tsuen Wan—Kwai Chung Air Control Zone
[para. 2]The area delineated and bounded by a blue line on a map numbered TWM 2224, signed by the Secretary for Health and Welfare on 4 December 1986 and deposited in the Land Registry.
Schedule 3 — Junk Bay Air Control Zone
[para. 2]The area delineated and bounded by a blue line on a map numbered AP/50/2, signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 28 October 1989 and deposited in the Land Registry.
Schedule 4 — Lantau Air Control Zone

Schedule 5 — Fanling—Sha Tau Kok Air Control Zone
