Arbitration (Parties to New York Convention) Order

(Though the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 341) was repealed, this Order (now Cap. 609 sub. leg. A) continues in force so far as it is not inconsistent with the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 609) and has the like effect for all purposes as if made under Cap. 609 — see section 110 of Cap. 609.)
