(Though the Arbitration Ordinance (
Cap. 341) was repealed, these Rules (now
Cap. 609 sub. leg. B) continue in force so far as they were not inconsistent with the Arbitration Ordinance (
Cap. 609) and have the like effect for all purposes as if made under
Cap. 609 — see
section 110 of
Cap. 609.)
