Criminal Procedure (Representation) Rules

These rules may be cited as the Criminal Procedure (Representation) Rules.
A solicitor who accepts instructions to represent a party other than the HKSAR in any proceedings in the criminal jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal or the Court of First Instance shall forthwith give notice of his appointment to the Registrar in accordance with the form in the Schedule.
