2. Interpretation
In this Regulation—
Registered Energy Assessors Regulation (《註冊能源效益評核人規例》) means any regulation that may be made from time to time under section 42 of the Ordinance providing for, amongst other things, the registration and regulation of, and disciplinary matters in respect of, registered energy assessors.3. Prescribed fees
The fee to be paid in respect of a matter set out in column 2 of the Schedule is the fee specified in column 3 of the Schedule opposite the matter.
