Fugitive Offenders (Forms) Regulation

1. Forms

The forms in the Schedule shall be the prescribed forms for the purposes of section 22 of the Ordinance.

Authority to Proceed

A request for surrender having been received from

Warrant of Arrest

To each and all of the authorized officers of Hong Kong.
I having received an authority to proceed in respect of

Search Warrant

I being satisfied by information on oath that there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that there is likely to be found in
