2. Place of manufacture
The place in which piece-knitted garments are to be regarded, for the purposes of the Ordinance, as having been manufactured or produced is the place in which— (9 of 2005 s. 7; L.N. 113 of 2010; L.N. 165 of 2018)
(a)
the knit-to-shape panels from which such garments are made were knitted; or
(b)
the knit-to-shape panels from which such garments are made were assembled into piece-knitted garments.
