1. Citation

This Order may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (Deep Bay Water Control Zone) (Appointed Days) Order.

This Order applies to the Deep Bay Water Control Zone.

3. Appointed days

The day appointed—

(a)

under section 7(2) of the Ordinance is 1 December 1990; and

(b)

under section 7(3) of the Ordinance is 1 June 1991.
