1. Application
This Order applies to the Second Southern Supplementary Water Control Zone.
2. Appointed days
The day appointed—
(a)
under section 7(2) of the Ordinance is 1 November 1999; and
(b)
under section 7(3) of the Ordinance is 1 December 1999.
