1. Application

This Order applies to the Tolo Harbour Supplementary Water Control Zone.

2. Appointed days

The day appointed—

(a)

under section 7(2) of the Ordinance is 1 June 1993; and

(b)

under section 7(3) of the Ordinance is 1 December 1993.
