1. Citation
This order may be cited as the Electricity Networks (Statutory Easements) (Rectification of Approved Scheme) Order 1990.
2. Interpretation
In this order—
approved scheme (獲准計劃) means the scheme specified in the Schedule; power company (電力公司) means the China Light & Power Company, Limited.3. Rectification of approved scheme
Subject to section 7(3) of the Ordinance, the approved scheme shall have effect as rectified by the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands and deposited in the Land Office on 17 January 1990.
