Under section 5 of the Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation (Cap. 354 sub. leg. C), I appoint 18 November 1992 as the day on which regulation 4 and Parts III, IV, V and VI of the Regulation shall apply to or in relation to chemical waste being or containing asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls or chromium bearing solid tannery waste.
