Editorial Note: The title of this Regulation was amended from “Waste Disposal (Permits and Licences) (Forms and Fees) Regulation” to “Waste Disposal (Permits and Licences) (Fees) Regulation”, and then to “Waste Disposal (Permits, Authorizations and Licences) (Fees) Regulation” — see 6 of 2006 s. 26 and L.N. 11 of 2008.

4. Fees for permits, authorizations and licences
The fees specified in Schedule 2 shall be the prescribed fees for the purposes of sections 20A(2)(b)(iv), 20B(2)(b)(iii), 20DA(3)(b), 21(3) and 23 of the Ordinance, as may be applicable.
5. Amendment of Schedule 2
The Secretary may, by notice published in the Gazette, amend Schedule 2.
