1. Removal of exemption
It is hereby declared that after the specified date, an exemption from the requirement to comply with section 13 of the Ordinance granted on or before the specified date under section 20 of the Ordinance to the owner of any of the following classes of premises shall no longer apply—
premises used for the conduct of aluminium works;
premises used for the conduct of petrochemical works;
premises used for the conduct of tar and bitumen works; or
premises used for the conduct of cement works and situated less than 100 m from any other premises which are wholly or partly used, whether solely or principally, for dwelling purposes.
In this Order—
*the specified date (指明日期) means the date immediately preceding the first anniversary of the publication of this Order in the Gazette.
