Cap. 2H 《特別硬幣暫記帳》Special Coin Suspense Account

Resolution passed by the Legislative Council under Colonial Regulation 228 on 19 March 1975.
Resolved that this Council approves the establishment of a suspense account, to be known as “The Special Coin Suspense Account”, which shall be employed to enable the Financial Secretary to issue and deal with special and commemorative coins and such account shall not at any time be in debt to an amount exceeding $20,000,000.00.
Editorial Note: This suspense account is deemed to be a special suspense account established in accordance with section 30 of the Public Finance Ordinance (Cap. 2).
