1. Rate of commission
The rate of commission payable under by-law 21(1) of the Marine Fish (Marketing) By-laws (Cap. 291 sub. leg. B) shall be— (E.R. 4 of 2022)
(a)
for services provided in respect of sales of marine fish by way of direct sale, $5 per 15 catties sold or 7% of the purchase price, whichever is the less; or
(b)
for services provided in respect of sales of marine fish by way of any other method of sale, 7% of the purchase price.
