Maximum Scale of Election Expenses (Municipal Councils) Order 1994

(Though the Corrupt and Illegal Practices Ordinance (Cap. 288) was repealed, this Order (now Cap. 554 sub. leg. G) continues in force so far as it is not inconsistent with the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance (Cap. 554) and has the like effect for all purposes as if made under Cap. 554 — see section 48 of Cap. 554.)
