Cap. 206 《孤寡撫恤金(豁免)(綜合)條例》Widows and Orphans Pension (Exemption) (Consolidation) Ordinance

1. Short title

This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows and Orphans Pension (Exemption) (Consolidation) Ordinance.

2. Exemption from obligation to contribute

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Widows and Orphans Pension (Application) Regulations (Cap. 94 sub. leg. A), the term “officer” in the Widows and Orphans Pension Ordinance (Cap. 94) shall not apply and shall be deemed never to have applied to the persons named in the First Schedule.

3. Refund of contributions

All contributions made by the persons named in the Second Schedule under the Widows and Orphans Pension Ordinance (Cap. 94) shall be refunded to them.
