2. Invalidation of identity cards
All identity cards issued before 23 June 2003, or issued on or after that date as a result of an application made before that date, and which cards bear a date of birth in 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968 or 1969 shall cease to be valid on 16 October 2006.
