1. Citation
These rules may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Fees) Rules.
2. Fees
The fees set forth in Schedule 1 are prescribed for payment under the Ordinance.
The fees set forth in Schedule 2 are prescribed for payment under the Trainee Solicitors Rules (Cap. 159 sub. leg. J). (L.N. 32 of 1992)
The fees set forth in Schedule 3 are prescribed for payment under the Admission and Registration Rules (Cap. 159 sub. leg. B).
3. Payment of fees
The fees set forth in Schedules 1, 2 and 3 shall be paid to the persons named in the fourth column of such Schedules, opposite such fees. (L.N. 385 of 1991; L.N. 119 of 1994)
The fees paid by a barrister under sections 30(1) and 31C of the Ordinance shall be paid to the Hong Kong Bar Association for the payment of the expenses of the Association. (L.N. 385 of 1991; L.N. 6 of 2003)
