1. Citation
This notice may be cited as the Specification of Terms for Restricted Licence Banks Notice.
2. Specified term
The following term and any of its derivatives in English or any translation thereof in any language are specified terms for the purpose of section 97(3) of the Banking Ordinance—
“private bank” or “私人銀行”.
