2. Interpretation
In this Regulation—
accompanying carer (同行照料者), in relation to a disabled person, means a person who accompanies the disabled person in the capacity of a carer for the purpose of providing care to the disabled person in a public swimming pool or public pleasure ground. (L.N. 81 of 2013)3. Fees for leisure facilities
The fees payable by an individual as a member of the public for admission to public swimming pools are as provided for in Schedule 1.
The fees payable by an individual as a member of the public for the hire of the following facilities in public pleasure grounds are as provided for in Schedule 2—
tennis courts;
basketball courts;
squash courts;
football pitches;
table tennis tables; and
badminton courts.
The amounts payable by an individual as a member of the public as the camp fees for holiday camps in public pleasure grounds are as provided for in Schedule 3.
Schedule 1 — Fees for Admission to Public Swimming Pools

1. Fee for monthly ticket
The fee payable for a ticket specified in column 2 of the table below is the amount specified in column 3 of the table opposite the ticket.

Part 2 — Single Entry
2. Fee for single entry
The fee payable for a single entry into a public swimming pool by a person who falls within a description specified in column 2 of the table below and enters into the swimming pool at any time during a session commencing on a day specified in the heading of column 3 of the table is the amount specified in that column 3 opposite the description.
The fee payable for a single entry into a public swimming pool by a person who falls within a description specified in column 2 of the table below and enters into the swimming pool at any time during a session commencing on a day specified in the heading of column 4 of the table is the amount specified in that column 4 opposite the description.
In this section—
session (節) means a session specified by the Director of Leisure and Cultural Services under section 9(c) of the Public Swimming Pools Regulation (Cap. 132 sub. leg. BR).Table

Schedule 2 — Fees for Public Pleasure Grounds

1. Fee for hire of tennis court, basketball court, squash court, table tennis table or badminton court
The fee payable for hiring a facility specified in column 2 of the table below by a person who falls within a description specified in column 3 of the table opposite the facility for a period commencing at a time that falls within the period specified in the heading of column 4 of the table is the amount specified in that column 4 opposite the description.
The fee payable for hiring a facility specified in column 2 of the table below by a person who falls within a description specified in column 3 of the table opposite the facility for a period commencing at a time that falls within the period specified in the heading of column 5 of the table is the amount specified in that column 5 opposite the description.

The fee payable for hiring a facility specified in column 2 of the table below by a person who falls within a description specified in column 3 of the table opposite the facility during a period commencing at a time that falls within the period specified in the heading of column 5 of the table is the amount specified in that column 5 opposite the description.

The amount payable as the camp fee for a facility specified in column 2 of the table below by a person who falls within a description specified in column 3 of the table opposite the facility for a day specified in the heading of column 4 of the table is the amount specified in that column 4 opposite the description.
The amount payable as the camp fee for a facility specified in column 2 of the table below by a person who falls within a description specified in column 3 of the table opposite the facility for a day specified in the heading of column 5 of the table is the amount specified in that column 5 opposite the description.

The amount payable as the camp fee for a facility specified in column 2 of the table below by a person who falls within a description specified in column 3 of the table opposite the facility for each night commencing on the day specified in the heading of column 5 of the table is the amount specified in that column 5 opposite the description.
The amount payable as the camp fee for a facility specified in column 2 of the table below by a person who falls within a description specified in column 3 of the table opposite the facility for each night commencing on the day specified in the heading of column 6 of the table is the amount specified in that column 6 opposite the description.
The amount payable as the camp fee for a facility specified in column 2 of the table below by a person who falls within a description specified in column 3 of the table opposite the facility for each night commencing on the day specified in the heading of column 7 of the table is the amount specified in that column 7 opposite the description.
