1. Citation
These rules may be cited as the Hong Kong Cemetery, Happy Valley, Rules.
2. Hours of opening and closing
The Hong Kong Cemetery, Happy Valley, shall be open to the public at the following times—
1 April to 30 September - 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
1 October to 31 March - 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
3. Animals
No person shall permit any dog or other animal to enter the cemetery.
4. Bands and photographs
Except with the prior permission of the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene— (78 of 1999 s. 7)
(a)
no band may enter or play within the cemetery; and (2 of 2012 s. 3)
(b)
no person may take any photograph in the cemetery of any process of burial or of any religious or other ceremony conducted in connexion therewith.
