The types of instruments approved under section 46(1)(a) of the Ordinance for analyzing the proportion of alcohol in a specimen of breath are set out in Schedule 1.
The types of instruments approved under section 46(1)(b) of the Ordinance for indicating whether the proportion of alcohol in a person’s breath is likely to exceed the prescribed limit are set out in Schedule 2.
The types of instruments approved under section 46(1)(c) of the Ordinance for detecting the presence of any specified illicit drug in a person’s oral fluid are set out in Schedule 3.
The types of instruments approved under section 46(1)(d) of the Ordinance for detecting the presence of any specified illicit drug in a person’s urine are set out in Schedule 4.
The tests specified under section 46(2) of the Ordinance are set out in Schedule 5.
