This Notice comes into operation on the day on which section 136 of the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 633) comes into operation.
The period specified for the purposes of section 136(1)(b) of the Ordinance is the period beginning on 13 October 2025 and ending on 13 April 2026.
