Special Areas (Designation) (Consolidation) Order

This Order may be cited as the Special Areas (Designation) (Consolidation) Order.
The areas of Government land specified in the Schedule are designated as special areas for the purposes of the Ordinance.
The area of Government land known as the Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve delineated and bounded in red on Plan No. SA/TPK dated 25 May 1976 and deposited in the office of the Country and Marine Parks Authority. (L.N. 105 of 1977)
The area of Government land on Tung Lung Island comprising Tung Lung Fort and the adjacent land delineated in black and coloured pink on Plan No. SA/TLF dated 13 June 1979 and deposited in the office of the Country and Marine Parks Authority. (L.N. 164 of 1979)
Those areas of Government land near the village of Tsiu Hang in the northern part of Pak Sha Wan Peninsula delineated in black and coloured pink on Plan No. SA/TH dated 1 December 1987 and deposited in the office of the Country and Marine Parks Authority. (L.N. 420 of 1987)
Those areas of Government land in Tolo Harbour on—
Ma Shi Chau;
Yeung Chau;
Centre Island; and
the unnamed island about 100 m northeast of the shore of Yim Tin Tsai near Sam Mun Tsai New Village,
all delineated in black and coloured pink, except those portions within such areas marked with black hatching, on Plan No. SA/MSCB dated 12 November 1998 and deposited in the office of the Country and Marine Parks Authority. (L.N. 93 of 1999)

Those areas of Government land in the Rocky Area and on the unnamed rock offshore the Rocky Area near the Kiu Tsui Beach and pier in the western part of Sharp Island delineated in black and coloured pink on Plan No. SA/SI dated August 2010 and deposited in the office of the Country and Marine Parks Authority. Those areas of Government land in Ung Kong Group on—
Kong Tau Pai and the adjoining unnamed islands;
Wang Chau and the adjoining unnamed islands;

Pyramid Rock, Basalt Island, Tai Pai, Yi Pai, Sam Pai, Lung Shuen Pai, Po Yue Pai and the adjoining unnamed islands;
Bluff Island, Fan Tap Pai and the adjoining unnamed islands; and
Kam Chung Ngam in the southern part of Jin Island,

East Ninepin Island, consisting of Shue Long Chau, Tuen Chau Tsai, Lung Shuen Pai and an adjoining unnamed island;
North Ninepin Island, consisting of Hok Tsai Pai, Sai Chau Mei and the adjoining unnamed islands; and
South Ninepin Island, consisting of Shan Leng Kok, Tai Chau, Tai Chau Mei and the adjoining unnamed islands,
