高等法院（刑事）Beeson, J The accused had a criminal record which involved three motor vehicle offences in 2007 for which he was fined. However, for the purposes of this sentence, I treated him as a man of clear record. I also sought a background report before sentence. That background report gives details of his family history, his schooling, his employment and relevant information, and supplements the mitigation that was advanced by his counsel on the last occasion in court.19/2/2009
