The keeper of a fighting dog or a known dangerous dog shall ensure that the dog is identified at all times by wearing a collar which conforms to the specifications specified in the Schedule.
The collar must be at least 1.5 cm wide marked on its obverse side with a bright yellow background and at least 4 red diagonal stripes. The stripes must be at least 1.5 cm apart and each of them must be at least 1.5 cm wide.
