Dentists Registration (Fees) Regulation
(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 29(1)(a) of the Dentists Registration Ordinance (Cap. 156))
[1 January 2025]
Subject to subsections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), this Regulation comes into operation on 1 January 2025.
Item 1(b) of the Schedule comes into operation on the day on which section 31 of the Dentists Registration (Amendment) Ordinance 2024 (22 of 2024) (2024 Amendment Ordinance), in so far as it relates to the new section 7F, comes into operation.
Item 3 of the Schedule comes into operation on the day on which section 54 of the 2024 Amendment Ordinance, in so far as it relates to the new section 15F, comes into operation.
Item 5 of the Schedule comes into operation on the day on which section 54 of the 2024 Amendment Ordinance, in so far as it relates to the new section 15K, comes into operation.
Item 9 of the Schedule comes into operation on the day on which section 54 of the 2024 Amendment Ordinance, in so far as it relates to the new section 15H, comes into operation.
Item 12 of the Schedule comes into operation on the day on which section 91(2) of the 2024 Amendment Ordinance comes into operation.
The fee prescribed for a matter specified in column 2 of the Schedule is the amount specified in column 3 of the Schedule opposite the matter.
