Cap. 106D 《電訊(基要服務團燃油組)(豁免)令》Telecommunications (Essential Services Corps Fuel Oil Unit) (Exemption) Order

1. Citation

This order may be cited as the Telecommunications (Essential Services Corps Fuel Oil Unit) (Exemption) Order.

2. Exemption

Each company specified in the Schedule is hereby exempted from payment of the licence fees payable under the Telecommunications Regulations (Cap. 106 sub. leg. A) on the issue or renewal of the licences to which this order applies.

3. Licences to which order applies

This order applies to Mobile Radio System Fixed Station licences and Mobile Radio System Mobile Station licences issued in respect of transmitting and receiving stations for radiotelephony established and maintained solely for the purposes of communication within the Essential Services Corps Fuel Oil Unit network.
