Fire Services (Registered Fire Engineers) (Fees) Regulation
(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 25(1)(gb) and (ha) of the Fire Services Ordinance (Cap. 95))

This Regulation comes into operation on the day on which section 5 of the Fire Services (Amendment) Ordinance 2017 (1 of 2017) comes into operation.
The fee specified in column 3 is prescribed for the matter described opposite to that fee in column 2.
In this section—
column (欄) means a column in Part 2 of the Schedule.In this Schedule—
class (類別) has the meaning given by section 2 of the Registered Fire Engineers Regulation; registered fire engineer (註冊消防工程師) has the meaning given by section 2 of the Registered Fire Engineers Regulation; Registered Fire Engineers Regulation (《註冊消防工程師規例》) means the Fire Services (Registered Fire Engineers) Regulation; registration card (註冊證) has the meaning given by section 2 of the Registered Fire Engineers Regulation.| Column 1 | Column 2 | Column 3 |
