Allowances to Jurors Order

This order may be cited as the Allowances to Jurors Order.
The allowance payable under section 31(1) of the Ordinance to a person who serves as a juror is $995 in respect of each day during the whole or part of which the person serves as a juror. (L.N. 170 of 2012)
The rate of allowance prescribed for the purpose of section 31(3) of the Ordinance is $995 in respect of each day during the whole or part of which the person serves as a juror. (L.N. 170 of 2012)
