1. Certificate as evidence that prescribed arrangements are applicable to place outside Hong Kong

A certificate signed by the Chief Executive certifying that prescribed arrangements specified in the certificate are applicable to a place outside Hong Kong specified in the certificate shall be evidence of that fact.
