The fees payable upon the—
grant of a licence;
renewal of a licence;
transfer of an existing licence to another person;
amendment of the conditions or the particulars of a licence;
issue of a duplicate of a licence,
shall be the fees prescribed in the Schedule.
Where a licence is granted or renewed for a period of less than 12 months, the fee payable under subsection (1)(a) or (b) shall be the sum obtained by dividing the amount of the prescribed fee by 12 and multiplying the result by the number of months for which the licence is granted or renewed, as the case may be.
The Director may on application in writing to him by the licensee, showing cause to his satisfaction, and on payment of the prescribed fee, issue to the licensee a duplicate of a licence.
