The fee payable to the Authority upon the issue of a certificate of exemption under section 8 or the renewal of a certificate of exemption under section 9 of the Ordinance shall be $90.
The fee payable to the Authority upon the issue of a licence under section 12 or the renewal of a licence under section 13 of the Ordinance shall be in accordance with the number of permitted bedspaces as follows—

Where a licence is issued under section 12 or renewed under section 13 of the Ordinance for a period of less than 12 months, the fee for issue or renewal shall be determined by multiplying one-twelfth of the fee under section 3 by the number of months for which the licence is issued or renewed, as the case may be.
The Authority may waive, remit, reduce or refund the whole or any part of a fee prescribed in this Regulation.
