Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 4 of the Trading Funds Ordinance (Cap. 430) on 26 July 1995.
Resolved that—
the assets comprising the public sewerage systems and sewage disposal facilities under the control of the Director of Drainage Services on 31 March 1995 as set out in the document titled “Inventory of Public Sewerage Systems and Sewage Disposal Facilities as at 31 March 1995” kept by the Director of Drainage Services (the assets) be appropriated to the Sewage Services Trading Fund established by resolution of this Council on 9 March 1994 (Cap. 430 sub. leg. C); (E.R. 2 of 2020)
the assets shall not be disposed of unless the approval of the Financial Secretary has first been obtained.
