That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Victoria Harbour (Phase Three) Water Control Zone.
The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on a map of the scale of 1:20 000 marked VHP3WCZ described as “Victoria Harbour (Phase Three) Water Control Zone” signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 13 February 1996 and deposited in the Land Registry.
