That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Victoria Harbour (Phase One) Water Control Zone.
The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on 2 maps of the scale of 1:20 000 marked VHP1WCZ 1 and VHP1WCZ 2 described as “Victoria Harbour (Phase One) Water Control Zone” signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 27 September 1994 and deposited in the Land Registry.
