Water Pollution Control (Western Buffer Water Control Zone) Order

That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Western Buffer Water Control Zone.
The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the Western Buffer Water Control Zone.
The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on a series of maps of the scale of 1:20 000 marked WBWCZ 1 and WBWCZ 2 described as “Western Buffer Water Control Zone” signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 19 May 1993 and deposited in the Land Registry.
