Water Pollution Control (North Western Water Control Zone) Order

This Order may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (North Western Water Control Zone) Order.
That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the North Western Water Control Zone.
The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the North Western Water Control Zone.
The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on a series of maps of the scale of 1:20 000 marked NWWCZ 1, NWWCZ 2, NWWCZ 3, NWWCZ 4 and NWWCZ 5 described as “North Western Water Control Zone” signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 6 November 1991, and deposited in the Land Registry.
