Water Pollution Control (Deep Bay Water Control Zone) Order

This Order may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (Deep Bay Water Control Zone) Order.
That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Deep Bay Water Control Zone.
The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the Deep Bay Water Control Zone.
The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging and the sea within the boundary of Hong Kong appertaining to that area, marked on a series of maps of the scale of 1:20 000 numbered DBWCZ 1, DBWCZ 2, DBWCZ 3, DBWCZ 4 and DBWCZ 5 described as “Deep Bay Water Control Zone” signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 23 November 1990, and deposited in the Land Registry.
