Water Pollution Control (Tolo Harbour and Channel Water Control Zone) Order

This order may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (Tolo Harbour and Channel Water Control Zone) Order.
It is declared that that part of Hong Kong more particularly described in the Schedule shall be a water control zone, to be known as the Tolo Harbour and Channel Water Control Zone.
The Director of Environmental Protection is designated to be the Authority for the Tolo Harbour and Channel Water Control Zone.
The area bounded by blue edging, including the area shaded blue, on the map comprising two sheets and marked 1766 and 1767, signed by the Secretary for Health and Welfare on 20 May 1986 and deposited in the Land Registry.
