Waste Disposal (Prescribed Signs for Refuse Collection Points and Specified Bins) Notice

The sign specified in Schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of the definition of refuse collection point in section 2(1) of the Ordinance.
The sign must be at least 30 cm in height and at least 40 cm in width.
The sign must be—
exhibited in a conspicuous way at a refuse collection point; and
printed in a clearly legible way.
The sign specified in Schedule 2 is prescribed for the purposes of the definition of specified bin in section 2(1) of the Ordinance.
The sign must be at least 30 cm in height and at least 40 cm in width.
The sign must be—
exhibited at the centre of at least one of the vertical sides of a specified bin; and
printed in a clearly legible way.
